No. Meridian Care Solutions is an independent support service and is not registered with the Care Quality Commission. We provide non-regulated practical support, prompting, companionship, transport and escort services.
No. We do not provide regulated personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting or other activities that require a CQC-registered provider.
No. We can provide reminders or prompts for a person to take their own medication, but we do not administer medication.
We support older people, adults with mental health conditions, adults with learning disabilities, and people who need companionship or practical help at home and in the community.
Yes. Subject to availability and individual arrangements, we can provide transport and escort support for appointments, social visits and local outings.
Hours are arranged around the individual’s needs, routine and worker availability. We aim to make support as practical and flexible as possible.
